Aignite Solutions provides AI automation services including, but not limited to:
Lead generation automations
AI receptionists
Custom workflow automations
Integrations with platforms such as Go High Level, Make.com, and OpenAI
We may modify or discontinue Services at our discretion.
4. Eligibility
The Services are available only to businesses. By using the Services, you represent that you are legally authorized to act on behalf of your business.
5. Payment Terms
Our Services are offered via subscriptions and one-time fees.
Free trials may be provided at our discretion.
Billing is monthly unless otherwise specified.
No refunds are available for payments made.
6. User Responsibilities
By using the Services, you agree to:
Use the Services lawfully and only for permitted purposes.
Avoid using the Services to generate harmful, illegal, or malicious content.
Respect third-party intellectual property rights.
Keep account credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use.
You must not:
Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the Services.
Use AI outputs for unlawful purposes.
Reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our software or AI models without consent.
7. Company Rights
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
Modify, update, or discontinue Services, including pricing, features, or functionality.
Remove content or outputs that violate these Terms or applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
Our IP: All Aignite Solutions software, AI models, branding, and content remain the property of Aignite Solutions.
Client IP: Any data or content you provide belongs to you.
AI Outputs: AI-generated outputs produced using our Services are owned by you (the client).
9. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: While we strive to provide accurate and reliable AI outputs, AI models may produce errors or inaccuracies. You agree that:
Aignite Solutions does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs.
We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or decisions made based on AI outputs.
Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aignite Solutions’ total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the preceding three months.
10. Termination
Both you and Aignite Solutions may cancel or terminate Services at any time.
Upon termination, your access to Services will cease, and you must delete or return any confidential or proprietary information provided by Aignite Solutions.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, unless mandatory law requires alternative resolution.
12. Miscellaneous
No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights.
Severability: If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Aignite Solutions regarding Services.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
